研究领域

1. 硅基半导体材料制备:提拉法半导体级单晶硅、冶金法太阳能级多晶硅;

2. 硅基固废高值化利用:硅碳负极材料、高纯再生硅及硅基合金;

3. 二次资源的循环利用:稀贵金属清洁高效提取。

主要科研成果

主要从事硅基半导体材料制备及固废资源化利用领域的应用基础研究。近年来,作为项目负责人主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、宁夏回族自治区重点研发计划项目、福建省自然科学基金面上项目、广东省自然科学基金青年提升项目、深圳市基础研究面上项目、多项企业委托研发项目等;作为主要成员参与国家科技支撑计划、国家自然科学基金重点项目、福建省高校产学合作项目等多项国家及省市级重点科研课题。

目前,以第一作者或通讯作者发表论文30余篇,授权中国发明专利20余项,参与制定半导体级单晶硅团体标准6项,联合出版学术著作《太阳能级多晶硅合金化精炼提纯技术》。获得中国产学研合作创新成果奖优秀奖、厦门市科学技术进步奖三等奖;入选厦门市高层次留学人员、厦门市高层次人才、福建省高层次人才。

承担《材料分析测试方法》、《材料工程课程设计》等课程的教学工作,指导学生获得福建省“互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛金奖2项、全国大学生节能减排社会实践与科技竞赛三等奖、全国大学生能源经济学术创意大赛三等奖、全国大学生材料设计邀请赛特等奖等。个人获评福建省“互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛优秀创新创业导师2次、威尼斯0907线路检测度德贞社会课堂基金优秀指导教师等。
